1.1. These regulations define the rules of using the website euro.poelle-atelier.com and the rules of making purchases in the online store operated by Poelle Polska Sp. z o. o. with its registered office at ul. Hugo Kołłątaja 3, 15, Lubin, 59-300, Poland.

2.1. By using our website, the User accepts the provisions of these regulations.

2.2. All orders are fulfilled in accordance with the regulations and applicable laws.

3. Order Process

3.1. In order to place an order, the User must:

• Select a product and add it to your cart.

• Complete the order form by providing your personal details, shipping address and payment method.

• Accept the regulations and confirm your order.

3.2. The order is confirmed by e-mail sent to the address provided when placing the order.

4. Payment methods

4.1 We accept the following payment methods:

• Przelewy24: fast transfers, BLIK, payment cards (Visa, MasterCard), e-wallets (Google Pay, Apple Pay).

4.2. Payments are processed by the Przelewy24 system, which guarantees security thanks to SSL encryption.

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery of products is always free of charge within Poland.

5.2. We process orders within 1–7 business days from the moment they are confirmed.

5.3. Each shipment is insured for the full value of the order.

6. Returns and complaints policy

6.1. The User has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days of receiving them, provided that the product is in intact condition, has not been used and has the original packaging and labels.

6.3. Complaints are considered within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the notification.

6.4. The complaint must include:

• Name and surname,

• Order number,

• Description of the problem,

• Photos of damage (if applicable).

7.2. The User has the right to access their data, correct it, delete it or limit its processing.

8. Right of withdrawal

8.1. In accordance with EU law, the User has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving any reason.

8.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must:

8.3. The product must be in intact condition, with original packaging and labels.

9. Final provisions

9.1. Any disputes arising from the use of our website will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of Poelle Polska Sp. z o. o .

9.2. The Regulations may be changed. The User will be informed of any changes by publishing a new version on the website.
